INNOCENCE
A story about those who felt split between their need to be part of the militarized Israeli society and their own sensitivity and moral values. Ron felt ashamed of becoming a ‘killer’; Khalil and Rotem did not want to carry a gun; Doron enrolled in the first cycle of women Intel combatants to make her father proud; Adam and D. were afraid of being excluded. They were all outsiders, idealistic souls. Only the words they left behind expose their defiance of a conformist society and its militant values.
