By intertwining the individual destinies of the inhabitants of a remote Slovenian region, the film explores the coexistence of past and present in the collective memory of a community. Moving through the hilly wine-growing region of Haloze, the camera chronicles the changing of the times. By sharing their daily life, stories and memories, this film paints a portrait of a people, deeply rooted into the landscape they inhabit and offers a subjective meditation on the significance of memory and the creative potential of solitude.
